What is a RIPE Working Group?
RIPE Working Groups (WG) are formed by the RIPE community to discuss Internet issues, and in some cases, develop policies. Each WG is an open forum in which anyone can participate. You do not have to be a member of the RIPE NCC to take part and you can take part in as many WGs as you like. Each WG has a Chair and/or Co-Chairs, who are elected by the WG and perform their duties on a voluntary basis.
How to Participate in a RIPE Working Group
Each working group has a mailing list to facilitate discussion. Links to the mailing lists and subscription instructions can be found at:

The RIPE Working Groups also meet twice a year at RIPE Meetings in dedicated sessions. If you are unable to attend the meetings, you are encouraged to participate remotely.
